Hi! I've scheduled an anniversary automation on April 1. Normally, it will be sent on contacts' anniversary. However some of contact's anniversary are over, but the anniversary email didn't sent. There must be a bug. Please check it.
I'm sorry to hear that this did not send for some of your contacts. We would like to do some more research but we need more information. Would you kindly send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with some examples of the contacts that did not receive this communication?
