For those of you not in the know, Knowledge Base is our online self-help channel. It’s where you go for answers! You can find step-by-step help on a specific task, as well as tips on how to get the most out of your Constant Contact tools. Just choose how you want to learn: our intuitive design breaks information down by topic and learning style. But it wasn’t always this easy.
Before February 2018, you wouldn’t have recognized knowledgebase.constantcontact.com as the same Knowledge Base we have today. The old design required you to search by keyword or select a broad content category, and the resulting list of articles lacked descriptions to help you quickly determine which result was most relevant.
When you land on Knowledge Base today, you see that the homepage is divided into eleven categories. This doesn’t just help you find what you need now, it also helps you find what you need next. By following the categories left-to-right, you’re on the path towards getting up and running. Whether you’re new to Constant Contact or have been with us for a while, you can pinpoint what you need without doing a search. Of course, you can always type in a keyword or two if you already know what you’re looking for.
A brand new feature of the redesigned Knowledge Base is the What’s New page, located in the menu on the top-right. It’s the best place to catch up with the latest product news. You can learn about new features and see examples of how to put them into practice.
In the same corner as What’s New, you can also choose how you’d like to learn! If you’re a visual learner, take advantage of our video tutorials. If you like to print out instructions and walk through a task step-by-step, then check out our QuickStart Guides. We’ve got you covered.
