Fall is in full swing here in Massachusetts. The scenery isn't the only thing changing, though! We have some product updates to share. Read on to find out what was new in your account during the month of September.

 

  • Segmentation Update - Keeping your list clean and up-to-date is crucial so you can be sure that you are communicating with the correct contacts. "List Membership" now includes the ability to select "not on list". Hint: use this to find out what contacts are not on any list!

  • Shopify Trigger for an Automated Email Series - With online shopping, you may not always be able to thank your new customer in person but a follow-up email can make their purchase a little more personal. Our Shopify integration just got a boost with the ability to send an automated email to a customer after they have placed their first order. Use this to send a thank you or recommend additional products/services. 

  • Google My Business - It's so important to make sure that your business is easily found online nowadays. With our new integration, you can now set up and manage your Google My Business account within Constant Contact.
