I couldn't find a right place to post so hopefully it is ok to post it here.
I'm CC reseller and recently I realized the CC partner console is not updating my revenue share. I've new clients signed up but not paid. Realized it happened for a while aready.
There was a phone no. to call but no email. I think CC might not realize you have resellers and partners from other part of the world which not able to call due to different time zone.
The only email I know is "email@example.com" but I NEVER get reply from this account.
Could someone kindly advise how do I email regarding my problem?
