Rosalind,  here's another problem that I have been wrestling with.  People are being mysteriously "unsubscribed" to include the primary account holder.  I suspect that he and some of his subscribers are forwarding their copy of their broadcast email without using the "forward to a friend" link.  All the links are active to include the unsubscribe link.  The first "forwardee" again forwards it on to others who misinterpret what they have and hit the "unsubscribe" button.  That unsubscribes the original subscriber. 

 

Does that make sense?

Hi Ray -

Wanted to let you know the product team has introduced a catch on this by asking people to type their email address to unsubscribe... some mixed reactions, but this is doing what you ask - preventing the final recipient from unsubscribing the original person.... let me know if this is working for you.
