Leaving Feedback about Constant Contact

We value feedback from our customers.  We want to hear what you like, what you might want to improve, and features that you would like in your account.  If you have not noticed in the bottom left side of most pages in your account there is a link that says feedback.  If you click on this you can leave your feedback directly from your account, without needing to leave the page you are on!  


The fun part about our feedback is that it is actually all compiled here in the Community!  You can view ideas and vote or comment on other users' suggestions. By leaving these comments or votes, it lets us know what features are wanted the most by our users.  Here is how you can vote and comment within the Community: 


  1. You can go to Toolkit Feedback, Ideas and Suggestions here.  Note, if you do not see the boards (i.e. Campaigns, Plus Campaigns, Contacts, etc.) click the arrow pictured here:
  2. Go to the area of your account that you want to look at, like Campaigns.  
  3. From there you can either search for an idea to see if it was already submitted, browse through the topics displayed or look at one of the tabs, like New Ideas or Hot Topics.  
  4. If you find an idea that you like, click the button to vote on it.  If you want to add a comment, click on the title and you can scroll down to add comments.  Make sure to add comments like how you would use the feature, why you think it would be beneficial, or any additional notes you want us to know!. 

That's it!  Pretty easy, right?  Take a look today, and vote on some ideas that you want to see in your account.
