Here at Constant Contact we are always looking to find ways to learn more about small businesses. Occasionally we will send a survey out to the Constant Contact Small Biz Council. This council is compromised of small businesses based in the US who are Constant Contact customers. One of our latest surveys was based on Data, both big and small, and how small businesses utilize data to their advantage.

64 percent use website analytics
52 percent use social media analytics
48 percent use sales trends (timing, location, etc.)
