I understand your ultimate goal appears to be getting more customers through the door, but there are many ways to potentially achieve that whether it be through email marketing, social media marketing, sms marketing, or even event marketing (less likely, maybe, for an autobody repair shop but you never know). Any thoughts on where you'd like to focus your efforts to start?

I’m a baby boomer who has started a specialty bakery. I sell Utica-NY style Tomato Pie. I believe social media will help me identify people who are most likely to be interested in my product. My grandma made this on Sunday morning visits after church.  That’s why I’m still passionate about this many years later.

Hey @RobbD5 that sounds delicious! I agree social will be great, all the visual channels like Instagram and Youtube. That's such a special reason to have the business as well, love it! You can build your email list as your "main engine" to keep front of mind and top of mind with folks, especially since social media can be powerful but fickle and having your own core marketing list gives you control and visibility. We're glad you and your neat bakery are here with us in the community! Let us know if you have questions as you grow your list and engage social.
