Martin, this is a great outline of the event marketing process. I especially appreciate that you've include marketing elements on post-event follow-up. Often times event organizers (particularly those without a marketing chair) fail to include this step in the event process. But if successfully executed, this step can help lower the costs of future event promotions as well. And if you don't do this vital post-event marketing, spending the money on recording your sessions, photography, etc. for pure archival purposes is a waste of funds.
