Multi-Factor Authentication Recovery is Here!

We’re excited to announce the ability to reset your multi-factor authentication factors without contacting the Constant Contact support team. This is beneficial in the event you lose or don’t have access to the device you set up as your original authentication method.

The authentication factors can be reset from within your account or when prompted at login. For example, you’ll see the “Set up a new phone or tablet” option on the verification screen.

We’re always looking for ways to make Constant Contact bigger and better. Make your voice heard and share your ideas in our Feedback area or let us know what you think in the comments below!
