Multi-Factor Authentication Recovery is Here!

We’re excited to announce the ability to reset your multi-factor authentication factors without contacting the Constant Contact support team. This is beneficial in the event you lose or don’t have access to the device you set up as your original authentication method.

 

The authentication factors can be reset from within your account or when prompted at login. For example, you’ll see the “Set up a new phone or tablet” option on the verification screen.
