Katya Andresen shares great insight all the time on her Non-Profit Marketing Blog. But I really enjoyed this post on how to do a better job this year. She only shares 3 things! Just think of how much better your workplace could be if you implemented this small changes into your workflow!
1. Know what you're doing before you worry about how you'll do it
2. Spend at least 15 minutes a day in deliberate thought about something bigger than your to-do list
3. Think about what unites your colleagues rather than what's in it for you
