3 Questions to Keep Your Employees Engaged and Passionate
One of my favorite things about working here at Constant Contact is that of my 2 managers here during my 4 years have truly been interested in what I do and what I want to do. My first meeting with my first manager here, he asked me where I wanted to go here in the Company. I was baffled! I just started and he was already thinking about helping me grow. My second boss, Ros here in the Community, is extremely interested in helping me grow as well. All I have to do is say “Ros, I’d like to try this” and she’s all for it!
We’re becoming a pretty big company but we definitely like to have that small business touch with our teams. TJ McCue is all about this too. He shared 3 questions to ask your employees.

Seems like 3 easy enough questions to ask. But make sure that you actually listen to the answers and use them to keep your employees happy and engaged.
