Identify how your product or service fulfills the wants or needs of a potential customer. There may be nuance, so take time here to really uncover why people buy your widget over the next one.
Rule #3: Convey to potential customers that your product or service fulfills their wants or needs.
Tell potential customers that your product or service will ease their pain or provide them pleasure. Repeat the message time and again and provide context to benefits provided in as simple and succinct terminology as possible.
