Hour 1: Cultivating and scheduling content: We do this here for both the Community and our @CTCTHelp Twitter handle. Hannah and myself have set up our Google Reader to pull posts from an array of different sites to give us content that we love to share with you.
Hour 2: Generating and scheduling content: We take the posts that we find in our Google Reader and we use HootSuite to schedule our tweets. You can also use HootSuite for scheduling to Facebook Pages.
Hour 3: Communicating: Lisa McTigue suggests that you spend at least an hour a week being on your Social Media sites talking and engaging with your fans and followers. Try to make it the same day/time so that they know when you'll be on.
Hour 4: Management: Lisa McTigue recommends spending 30 minutes a week to find other people and companies to follow. Then use the other 30 to catch up on any of these other hours that need help.
