We have a daily newsletter and we have all of our contacts are in the Newsletter list we created. Or, I should say that they are all supposed to be a member of that list. There are 6 more Contacts than members that we have in the Newsletter list and I cannot find who these missing people are. Is there any tools to do this that I haven't figure out yet?
I took a look at your account and was able to locate those contacts that were not on a list. Basically, what you have to do is run an Advanced Search for "List is Blank." This will show you everyone not on a list, including unsubscribes and contacts that do not have an email address, but when you try to add all those contacts to a list, there are only 13 or so that have email addresses, are not unsubscribed, but are not on any lists previously.
