That looks absolutely fantastic Marissa, thank you.Well I think i will study this in detail and try and put it into practical use.It might just help me in my small business and also I would be able to chat with more and more people.
Understand your customers well and find out mostly when they are active on social medias. Mostly early morning, bed time and within working hour postings have more views.
Analyse Facebook insights to know more about your audience's behaviour.
You're welcome, Joe! And it's always a good time to post in Constant Contact!
I'm sure your "its always a good time to post in CC" was tongue-in cheek, but seriously, is there any reporting within CC that provides actual data on open/click rates be time of day ?
Appreciate that it would need to be adjusted for varying time zones, but this sort of data would be really valuable, and in many cases, a high percentage of contacts would be in the same time zone.
Thank you for your post and I will be happy to help you out. There is reporting that comes back for emails and can be found under Email>Reports. In there you will see email campaign names with the numbers next to them that you can click on to take you deeper into the reporting. To be able to sort by time/date opened you can export that from the open screen and have a CSV file of the information you are looking for. For more details click here.
Thank you and have a great day!
This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Thanks for posting!!
I kind of disagree with this inforgraphic what it tells about Facebook. Many people check their facebook before going to bed, so 8PM-8AM can't be the worst time.
Second, Why not post on weekdays? becoz everybody posts on weekdays?
