Bulk editing of contacts: changing "last name" field to company
I made a mistake when uploading my contacts, and have the company field being pulled in from the last name field. Do I have to go back and re upload all my contacts, or can I easily rearrange them here in CC?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. That is a great question! I would suggest deleting the contacts first, and re-importing your file correctly. This will be the fastest way to correct the error, especially if you have a large number of contacts. The alternative would be to correct the fields individually per contact.
