A recent post on Future Fundraising Now talks about "Things no donor said, ever." Reading these lines, it really helps to bring into focus what you are looking for from your donors and how one can communicate with them. Here's a few from the list:
Your logo isn't big enough!
Your jargon really impresses me.
This message is not consistent with the charity's brand guidelines. No way am I going to donate!
