We tried to schedule an email campaign to send out at 10 am this morning, and we received an error back. The error states: we could not send this email because the selected list does not exist, has zero contacts, or contains no new contacts. Choose a different list, or add some contacts to the list, and reschedule your email.
We looked at the list and it says it has contacts as well as new contacts in it. When we open the email activity, it says that some people are still opening the email.
Why are we receiving this error message? How can we fix it?
Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. I am sorry to hear that you are getting this error. Could you confirm if you had scheduled the email campaign for resend? If this was the case then it is possible that the error occurred because the contact list was not updated with the new contacts on time. Let me know if this was case. In the meantime, if some contacts did not receive the email campaigns, I would suggest to use our Quicksend feature. For more information on this, please click here. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
