Extremely Long Wait Times

I am on hold with Customer "Support" and was just informed that the wait time would be around 20 minutes!  Most large companies that offer support, will offer to call you back if wait times are long...what a concept, something that Constant Contact should implement asap.  This isn't support, it's abusing the customer.
