Getting Ready for Small Business Saturday

As November nears American Express suggests it’s time to lay the foundation for your Small Business Saturday plans. Remember to brainstorm your ideas by answering the following questions:

1. What would “wow” your best customers based on their interests and needs?

2. What type of incentive has inspired them to take action in the past?

3. What is it about your business that would prompt them to refer their friends?

Before you send out any campaigns:

-Set Goals

-Understand your Audience

-Understand Your Customers Point of View

Once these steps are complete its time to run a great campaign:

-Announce your participation in Small Business Saturday

-Create specific Small Business Saturday messages

-Start a weekly e-mail campaign

-Present a great offer

Re: Getting Ready for Small Business Saturday

Theres a mistake on the FB graphics zip file for Small business Saturday. The first graphic post for this week says that Small business Saturday is this Saturday. I know it's too late but I already accidentally posted it. :/

The first graphic and the last one are the same in th downoad. Be careful!

Hi Patricia,

I let the Marketing Team know and they apologized and said to just use the image for the following week and you should be all set!

Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for the heads up!
