Good contact email not going through

Good contact email not going through

Have a verified good email for a contact; messages are not bouncing via Constant Contact, but they're not showing up on the contact's side. 

 

Any ideas on what else I can look for to troubleshoot this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Please have your contact check his/her spam folder for your email. If your email is not in the spam folder, and if your contact has a Gmail address, have them check all available tabs for your email. Please let us know if any of those two situations occurred.
