In your experience, how many times should the database receive the same message? We are trying to market a new program and think that the email should pop up more than one in their inbox (we all know it takes more that 1 shot for people to really understand what you're sending!). But, I can't seem to find the ideal number of 'hits'. What has worked for you?
That's a great question! In fact we have the ability to automatically resend an email to non-openers. With that said, there is no limit to how many times you can send an email. However sending too much can cause you to be marked as spam. As a baseline to find the best time for your specific contact list, we have this article in our Help Center that helps go over the best time and day to send based on your industry. But each contact list is unique so sometimes a process of trial and error can help determine what works best. .

Have you tried segmenting your contacts and sending them at different frequencies (weekly vs monthly)? Doing this allows you to compare reporting and even try taking a look at the Opens reports to notice any patterns.
