Jennifer Beese discusses the social mistakes consumers find unforgivable - based on age group, gender, etc. Citing a recent study by Disruptive Communications, where the company asked UK consumers "what was most likely to damage their opinion of a brand that uses social media," it's interesting but not surprising to note the variances - 18-24 year olds are less grammar conscious.
