What types of software are small businesses using these days to manage inventory? We have a small store, 95% of our business is online, the rest is walk-in or phone in orders. We have been using a program that ultimately is still DOS based. We're looking for software that would do the following:
1 - keep track of inventory online and in store
2 - print out PDF invoices and receipts (yes believe it or not, our software is so old it doesn't do this)
3 - access work computer from anywhere (when I'm gone for extended time during the summer)
