Thanks for bringing your question to the community! You can download any email when it's in a Scheduled or Sent state. This gives you two options: The first is to schedule the email to a list with just yourself, then download it once it's sent. You can then make a copy of the email to send to your contacts as normal. Your second option is to schedule the email to go out for a date in the future, download it from the More Actions menu while it's scheduled, then unschedule it. Once you've downloaded the email through either method, you can print it as normal.
