In the "bounce" list that Constant Contact puts together, there is usually an "Other" category, which states that Constant Contact can't determine why the email wasn't delivered. Should these names be removed from the contact list?
The “other” category means the email bounced for a reason that can’t be identified. If you see the same email address there multiple times, I would remove that address from your list to keep your list clean and your deliverability high.
