Do you find yourself sitting for far too long at your desk?  I know I do.  Small Business Trends has shared this 4-minute workout that can help you get stretching and moving!

 

So, here's how you can get yourself moving in 4 minutes!

 

Start with 20-seconds of abdominal squats with 10 seconds of rest.

Follow that with 20 seconds of push-ups, 10 seconds of rest.

 

Do that 3 more times and there you go! 4 minutes of cardio right near your desk!
