I found a great article at www.allbusiness.com which has some great tips of B2Bs who use Twitter. Twitter is all about listening to your customers and is helping B2Bs develop new relationships and stay in tune with their peers. Some of the takeaways from the article included:
Learn From the Best - There are a lot of great companies on Twitter that you can learn from that will help you develop your own tone when tweeting.
Choose Carefully how you Follow - Follow those businesses that tweet out great content and watch out for who they're tweeting to.
Use Apps to help Manage your Tweeting - Besides being a moderator here in the Community, I also provide social support with @ctcthelp. One of the tools we use is Hootsuite. It's a great way to check Twitter, Facebook and Wordpress. Customized search features help you see who's tweeting about your company.
