In recognition of President's Day our Support Office will be closed Monday, February 19th. We will re-open with normal business hours on Tuesday, February 20th.
How can we tell if a new subscriber is from a spam bot or real? We ask for first name only and the last 6 months, have been seeing names like "59fd01b211f9e" and "rbiheamo" but the email addresses appear to be legit, such as gmail, yahoo, and comcast. Is there a program that subscribers can use to scramble their names so that they are unidentifiable? Or should we assume these are spam? Thank you, Johanna

I did exactly what you recommended and got a response back from you that now I need to make a phone call...really? Or was that an auto-generated message?
