The main points are to make sure you have a game plan. This is important because you want to know what you want to say and you want to make sure you say it and that everyone is on the same page. Perception is everything. Make sure you are making the time to do your employees reviews. If you don't, your employee may read this that you don't care enough to know what they're doing or to follow up on it.
