Do you give reviews to your employees? I know here at Constant Contact, we get a mid-year and a yearly review. On my team, we also meet up every couple of weeks to catch up on what we're doing and how we're doing. This is a great way to stay in touch and works when you're a team of 4.

How do you make sure that you are hitting everything you need to when doing reviews? Or are you not making the time?  Reviews are really important. It can set the pace for your employee.  And with timely reviews, you can also nip in the bud any bad behavior that may be occurring.

Make sure you are making the time to do your employees reviews.  If you don't, your employee may read this that you don't care enough to know what they're doing or to follow up on it.
