Do you give reviews to your employees? I know here at Constant Contact, we get a mid-year and a yearly review. On my team, we also meet up every couple of weeks to catch up on what we're doing and how we're doing. This is a great way to stay in touch and works when you're a team of 4.

Perception is everything. Make sure you are making the time to do your employees reviews.
