Three Analytics Tools to Gauge Your Social Audience’s Pulse

1.  Get to Know Your Audience and how they tick. A great tool that Ritu suggests is Simply Measured. We actually use Simply Measured here to look into our Twitter stats.

 

2.  Make Your Website Shine.  Did you know that Nonprofits have free access to Google Analytics? I didn't! Go check that out if you're not already!

 

3. Monitor Social Conversations: Ritu states that you can "keep an eye on all your social conversations, wherever they take place, with Sprout Social ( think Hootsuite on steroids)." Also, you can save 50% on this tool.
