Hello @DelarnoD. Welcome to Constant Contact! We're happy to have you here. One of the biggest things I recommend when working with customers is to brand your campaigns. Insert your logo if you have one or colors that you associate with your business or organization. Make sure you include contact information or links to your social media pages! Also, I recommend to keep your campaigns on the shorter side. According to a Constant Contact study of over 2.1 million emails, emails with 20 lines of text or less result in the highest engagement.
