Why did you lose that customer?



A recent article on by Suzanne Yates goes over some of the reasons why you might have lost a satisfied customer.  Yates states that the “main reason behind this [losing customers] us poor customer service.” 


Here are a few reasons the article highlights:

  1. Focusing too much on bringing new customers in, and not on your existing customers.
  2. Taking your loyal customers for granted.
  3. Trying too much to one up your competitors.
