That's a great question! The names included in a personalized greeting are pulled directly from your contacts. If the wrong name is being pulled, in many cases the name is connected to the incorrect email address. How are contacts being added into your account? If you are uploading your contacts through a file I would suggest double-checking the file to make sure names match the correct email address. You also have the option of exporting a copy of the contacts in your Constant Contact account to check your current contacts.
