Please critique my Recreation Newsletter

I send a newsletter every other week. The goal is to let people know about the upcoming Rec programs and give them easy access to register for programs and get more information through our website.

Please let me know what you think!

Re: Please critique my Recreation Newsletter

Hi Natalie -

It looks a little "busy" to me, meaning too much text.  Here is the one that we do each week.

We have 4 large sections and it's easy to update!

Re: Please critique my Recreation Newsletter

Hi Natalie,

It's always important to match your layout and content to your target market.

Your newsletter appears to be focused on fun, family and children based on your colorful layout and large font.  All of your links land on the appropriate sections of your website.

You might consider adding a line of space after each section to give the readers eyes a rest. (The sections above and after the Register section; and just before Egg Hunt)

Other than that, if your recipients are responding to this layout, and it represents your image and goals, then I think you have done a good job.

Wishing you continued success,

Sumner
