Very nice design. I like the blue ribbon, that is eyecatching.
Best T-Shirt Design Shop how? Was it voted on? By whom? I think you need to say something about how you got this award.
You have two t-shirt models with their hands in their pockets, followed by two with one hand in their pocket. You might vary that a little bit.
But overall, great!
One obvious issue is that the image to text ratio is way off.
Two things to consider.
1.) What's it look like with images disabled?
Not too effective I would guess.
Most viewers have images disabled, what message do they see?
2.) How does it look on a mobile device?
Would having an option to visit your website or online store be beneficial?
If so how does the reader do that? How about a call to action to inspire a purchase?
Why miss an oppertunity for a new customer?

p.s. I couldn't help but notice that your images are pretty low quality and not as crisp as they could be.
I agree with Plustar's comments and would add that customer's like a personal touch too. I actually write a short editorial in most of mine or at the very least thank them for being our customer at the end. Customers would rather be talked to then sold to.

So many different kinds of things you can do. Discounts, coupons, etc
