We are using Hybrid Connect for our users to enter in their name and email address. Hybrid Connect requires us to enter the raw html code from our CC form. In doing so, users are redirected to a Constant Contact page after they submit their information on our site. We would like to bypass this page and send them to our own "Thank You" page, but we are not sure how to do this.

Hello,
I'm sorry, but for security reasons, any signup form that uses only html has to go to a page to complete the signup through Constant Contact. To use our API to create your own signup form, you would have to be able to use a language that allows information to be sent to other websites on a lower level (like PHP).

Ok, thank you for your help!
If we used Formstack to create a 2 cell form (needed for Hybrid Connect) would we be able to copy and past the raw HTML code?
With Hybrid Connect we can add the PHP Snippet to the Wordpress theme code, as well.
Basically, in order to maximize Hybrid connect, we need a 2 cell form that will integrate with our mailing list on Constant Contact, We also need the raw HTML code. If this is not possible using Constant Contact's original form, can we use Formstack option.
Unfortunatley, if we can't resolve this problem I will have to cancel my subscrition with Constant Contact and use another email delivery system. Hybrid Connect is an extremely valuable tool that I must integrate on my Wordpress site. Please advise.
Thank you.

Hi Marisa,
The Formstack option does provide html output at the end for you to paste on your website, but I have heard that WordPress websites aren't compatible with it.
You should check out the WordPress sign up form widget available here (be sure to findt the appropriate version for your Wordpress website). That widget is supported outside of Constant Contact, by the developer listed on the plugin page.

I am also really shocked that Constant Contact doesn't offer raw html for custom sign up forms. The impact of customizable sign up forms in list building isn't a small thing to overlook, it's a very basic, fundamental element and it should be readily accessible for non-developers. Security issue? Aweber and MailChimp have it figured out and infortunately I'm switching to one of them as well because of the absence of this feature.
