CCSFG: Generated HTML Form Not Working

I created a form posted at https://www.turnaboutshoppe.com/ccnews.html that isn't allowing any email addresses to be added to the list. It worked once and I can't figure out why it wouldn't work the second time. It broke after I imported my list from the old system. I can't see where these two things are related. Any ideas why this form won't allow new addresses to be added to the list?

Hi Michael,

Depending on how that form was generated and coded, it could be referencing a list that no longer exists in your Constant Contact account, or a list whose name changed (it really depends on exactly what the code references to add a user to a list for whether or not making a change will break the form).

If you'd like to generate a new form, the simplest way would be to go to the Constant Contact Signup Form Generator and replace the old form with a new one.  Alternatively, you could email us at webservices@constantcontact.com with your username and website so that we can see if we can detect a mismatch.

I hope that helps!

I did regenerate it. The third time around I actually removed everything and started from scratch. Nothing still. I'll email the information.
