We have a website full of registered users.
Each user works for various companies.
We'd like to manage our email list of contacts by certain companies, so that ALL users in company A do not receive certain emails.
Is this possible?

The short answer to your question is yes. You can segment your registered users into contact lists that meet your requirements, such as Company A list. Email campaigns are sent to contact lists, not individual contacts. Each account can have a max of 1000 lists.
