I've got API example code working successfully. I can edit a record in my sandbox, and the change persists.
Yet when I go to the Constant Contact site to confirm the changes, they haven't been applied.
Are changes in the API cached? Are the lists static? What am I missing?

Information is cached on the GUI which may require you to log out and log back in. You shouldnt experience this often but it is a possible cause.
