Hi, (using the REST API) there are certain email addresses that seem to alway return an Error 500: Server Error message. Examples:
email=redacted
The Internal customer ID is: 1228873431
email=redacted
The Internal customer ID is: 7267
The error occurs when performing a GET on this URI
https://api.constantcontact.com/ws/customers/redacted/contacts/1228873431
There are other as well, though not many. Most go through in the process just fine. It's not a random thing either. It's always these same email addresses that have the issue.
I would be extremely grateful if we could get to the bottom of this.
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Yes, we're going to re-sync the database for the account, so all affected email addresses in it are re-synced and not return that 500 error. I will keep you posted on the status of the work and when it's complete.
There should be no effects to the account other than not returning the 500's.

Hi Chris,
I'm removing their email addresses from your post, since this is a public forum. There is probably some data corruption on our side. I will investigate to see if we can find the cause. Thank you for pointing this out.

Yeah, thank you. My bad about posting the email address.
Is there a way to check for data corruption for all of this client's emails As I mentioned there were several emails that returned this same error message. A rough estimate is around 15 or 20 emails returned this message.
Thanks,
Chris
