How to Retrieve all Lists?

Is there any way to retrieve all of the Constant Contact lists in an account without making multiple calls using the "next=__" ?

Hi,

Sorry, but we don't have a way to return all lists in one call.  The API limits the amount of data sent in requests to a maximum of 50 records.
