How to get the Email Addresses which clicks and opens the Campaign

Is there any solution in php that we can get the list of Email Addresses which opens the particular campaign.

We are able to get the count for the users but it is not showing the list who opened the campaigns.

As m new developer so can anybody help me out.

You should be able to click the "open" number and it displays all the email address...does with my accounts anyway.

This is on dashboard.

But I am asking for an API, It's provided by constantcontact to PHP developers.
