We currently have our Constant Contact account integrated with our Millennium software through the new Automated Marketing Manager. We are sending out emails to our clients once a week on Wednesdays from a filter we set up in Millennium.
However, for some reason, these emails are now going out everyday since last Wednesday, March 14th. But our settings in Millennium are programmed to only send the emails on Wednesday mornings at 7am. We called our support at Millennium and they verified that the email requests are NOT coming from Millennium. Can you please help us figure out why Constant Contact is sending out these emails everyday?
We looked at your account and we do see email sends being scheduled in your account. It doesn't look like they are being scheduled from the integration though. I will have one of our Tier 2 support reps reach out to you directly to trouble shoot this further. We will need to get additional information such as the headers for the received emails as well as which emails and email addresses are receiving the incorrectly sent emails. Once we have that information, we can look into when the emails were sent through us and how they were scheduled to be sent.
