When doing a contact update on v3/contacts/sign_up_form route via the API, I get this error:
"error_message": "We are currently experiencing an issue with our service, please try again in a few minutes or contact Customer Support."
This issue may be replicated with existing contacts via:
Creating new contacts with the same route work fine.
I tried to visit the status page: https://status.constantcontact.com/, but the status of APIs seems to be marked as ok.
I tried to contact customer support, but got this error page instead: https://community.constantcontact.com/t5/errors/errorpage
I was able to update a contact using that endpoint without error. We'd be happy to look in to this issue further. Due to needing the email address for research I would suggest you email us at webservices(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the details of your API call.
