There was a problem with my login, so the password and username were changed. Now the authentication for the api stopped working. I have changed
https://api.constantcontact.com/ws/customers/{username}/contacts
to
https://api.constantcontact.com/ws/customers/{newusername}/contactsand updated all the usernames and passwords, but it is not working. I even tried to create a new api key. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?
I am getting: HTTP Status 401 - Application data not found for key: username
Is there anyway to delete an API key?
Hello,
If you updated all of the usernames and passwords you should not get a 401 error. Is it possible for you to send your code to the Webservices Support team so that we can take a look at why you may be getting this error. Please make sure to include your username so that we can also look at your account and see if it may be a problem there.
Regards,
do i have a constant contact password? If so I think I need to change it. How do I do that?
