Problem with CCSFG

Hi,

We've are
web developers, and we've just taken over maintenance of a website that uses
Constant Contact.

I've been trying to use the CCSFG utility to generate
form code to use on their site, and it seems to not be working. I had several
file permission errors that I resolved (it was looking for a config and log file
that it didn't find, so I created them and added write permission). Now I am
getting an error:

Class 'CC_Config' not found in
/usr/www/users/fitts/CCSFG_0.0.6/cc_class.php on line 12

Any idea what
the problem might be?

Thanks,

Alan Goldstein

Hi Alan,

I'm not sure I've seen anyone else run into this issue.  Could you email us at webservices@constantcontact.com and reference the url of this thread?  I would like to give you another version of the tool to see if you have better luck with it.

Best Regards,

Hi Shannon,

E-mail sent earlier. I just uploaded routine to a third unrelated server in a different data center. Same problem. I also did it while logged in to my client's account. Clearly, there is something broken in the routine I downloaded.

Alan

Hi Alan,

Sorry, I didn't receive your email.  You sent it to webservices@constantcontact.com?

Thanks!

To Shannon W;

I was wondering if you received my second email? So far, I have uploaded the routine to 3 separate servers in 3 separate datacenters, and I receive the same error each time. I tried transferring files via binary ftp, since there was a posting on this forum suggesting that this would help. Nothing has; I get the same error no matter what I try, so I presume there may be some bad code in the routines I downloaded.

Alan

Hi Alan,

I have been awaiting your email, and I sent you a private message with my personal email address to try, since I haven't received your email at webservices@constantcontact.com.  Forwarding the email you sent to apisupport@constantcontact.com will also get your email into my inbox.

Sorry for the difficulty.

Best Regards,

Shannon W.

Hi Shannon,

Just sent email to apisupport@constantcontact.com. I can't imagine why my emails aren't going thru. Did you check your spam folder?

Also, I am not sure how to access private message.

Thanks...Alan

Hi Alan,

Thank you for resending so many times.  We indeed weren't able to receive any mail from your normal email account, but when you forwarded through gmail we got it.  I responded to your email and gave you the other version of CCSFG.  Just respond to that email if you still have issues.

Best Regards,

Shannon W.
