I would like to know if there is a way to prevent CC from adding querystrings to the urls in some of the emails we are creating. The web site framework rendering the page does not like the querystring added to a friendly url and the page comes up blank. Outside of modifying the framework, how do we prevent the urls from having the querystring added? Thank you.
The most common query string that is added would be related to link tracking; you can try disabling that to start with. It would help greatly if you could provide the link you are wondering about so I can determine what the query string is for; if there is sensitive data in the URL you can email firstname.lastname@example.org instead to keep your data private.
