Does Constant Contact offer any sort of scheduled support? We are working on integrating a loyalty program into our BigCommerce website and have questions on setting possible triggered emails through API calls or Custom Fields in a contact's profile. I've read a lot of posts, but I think it would be easiest to have our developer ask the questions that would normally flow through an account manager?
